1. Be the holder of a passport issued by one of the countries or territories exempt from a short-stay visa, according to the Resolution.

2. A letter in Spanish or English, issued by one or more foreign companies for which the applicant provides services abroad, indicating the type of relationship and the type of remuneration received by the applicant.

3. If you have a contract with such company, you must prove it at the time of applying for the visa, or if you are a partner or co-owner of a company abroad, you must submit a letter indicating that your work for the company is performed remotely. 

4. In the case of entrepreneurs, you must submit a motivational letter explaining your entrepreneurial project and the financial and human resources you have or aspire to have for your venture.

5. Demonstrate through bank statements a minimum income equivalent to three (3) Current Minimum Legal Monthly Wages in Force (SMLMV) during the last 3 months.

6. Health policy with coverage in the national territory against all risks in case of accident, illness, maternity, disability, hospitalization, death or repatriation, for the time foreseen for your stay in the country.

In order for you to enjoy our country, you will have to pay 52 USD (visa study) + from 170 USD – 230 USD (the latter is the issuance fee, once this document is approved).
